Our Story
The Knotty Log’s owner, Brad found his passion for woodworking during his time in the Air Force. Brad has always loved to cook and acquired quite a large variety of spices and seasonings. As the spice collection grew, so did the need for a handmade spice rack. That ugly little spice rack sparked a passion in Brad that still burns powerfully today. Since then, Brad honed his skills building furniture and small craft items that he would sell to finance purchasing more tools and dive deeper into the craft. After getting out of the Air Force, Brad decided to take his passion from a unique hobby to a full time occupation. Thus, the Knotty Log was born.
